Thanks to Mark and his team for the work they have done to transform our bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom. From entering the shop to the completed installation, the service has been excellent. Jane and Mark gave us tips and advice which helped us make decisions that are right for us. Everything was dealt with professionally and finished to a high standard. Although not the cheapest option you will find, quality products, guarantees for products and workmanship, as well as an all inclusive service, gives peace of mind and makes it well worthwhile. The main team of Rhys, Jake and Greg were professional, friendly, polite and very helpful, going above and beyond. Rhys, is outstanding in his customer service and interpersonal skills. A really great experience from start to finish. The bathroom looks stunning and the service was both efficient and effective. I cannot praise the company and all the workmen enough. More remarkable was that we went away during the fitting and came back to a clean, tidy and almost immaculate house – THANK YOU to all involved for the design, problem solving and finish – truly stunning. Cannot recommend highly enough. Mark and Sally were both extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable in the planning stage of our new en-suite bathroom, which is a fairly compact and awkward space. The installation team were really friendly, highly efficient, skilled and very tidy throughout the fitting process.

The after-sales service has been great too. I wouldn’t think twice about using them again.

Mark and team did a fantastic job on our bathroom and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They completed a complete rip out, extended our bathroom by removing a cupboard next door and had the bathroom back to us looking even better than we expected within a week!

Mark is extremely knowledgeable and his input undoubtedly helped us achieve a far better bathroom than we would have with our own choices (little tweaks such as where the radiator would be best positioned and choosing a Q bath rather than P). Having the showroom on hand to actually see the choices made picking out kit 10x easier too.

He is well priced considering the skills and knowledge he has. Mark, Charlie and all other trades were polite, clean and efficient all the way through – top job and a genuine 5 star rating deserved
